Bathing Suit – Weekend Workshop

Advanced Beginner to Intermediate sewing class

 With this 2 day work shop you will learn to sew your own tank swim suit! Express your personal style with a one of a kind swimsuit. Learn skills that will allow you to sew stretch fabric with confidence.

What you will learn

• Uses steering abilities with sewing machine
• Increase dexterity to stitch stretch fabrics
• Apply elastic around curves using straight and zigzag stitches
• learn to achieve good stitch quality

For this class you must be able to use a sewing machine independently and have completed a few projects. Pattern is included with the class. Students are responsible for all other materials. An email prior to class will give all the specific items to purchase.

Pattern is sized for XS- XL. If you need a larger size please email with bust and hip measurement so a pattern can be prepared.

Work on our machines or bring your own.

The class will meet Saturday and Sunday June 5th and 6th from 11:30 – 1:30 pm.
